For this new series of "My Favourite Ten" I'd like to introduce you to the work of Francesca Woodman.
My goal here is not to write an essay about her, there are people out there who already did this and probably better than I ever will. I just want to show you a few pictures which I hope will make you curious about the rest of her work. |

Born in 1958 in Denver, Francesca Woodman started taking pictures at the age of 13. The picture above is part of the "Early Work", it is probably one of her first self-portraits. She was thirteen.
